Company BTH Import Stal have a long tradition at polish market. The history started in 1992 in small town near Cracow from welding consumables. Now company is well know stockholder of stainless steel products (like sheets, tubes, bars,etc.).
From the other hand trough last few years we develope our machinery. Starting from simple machine which let us cover the sheets with the surface protection tape till now - laser cutting machine.
We are able to offer following service:
Laser machining
We are able to offer laser cutting by machine - TRUMATIC L 3030 4 kW; TRUMATIC L 4030 4kW ; TRULASER 5030 6kW. We advise that kind of 
treatment mainly according to high quality of material's edge after being cutted. We resive parts of material ready to use without any other finishing of edges.
Max. sheet thickness: mild steel 25 mm, stainless steel 25 mm, aluminium 15 mm.
Laser treatment let us cut out hardwares from sheets with grinded surface or even mirror polish without any damage. Wiithout any conventional tools we are able to do by this machine most complicated shapes.
- We can guarantee recurrence of each piece in 100% with advanced mechanical and laser technology.
- Maximal guaranteed output is 6000W. Maximal working are 4000x2000 mm.
- Fast-acting control system and excellent support from the ToPs programming
software are just some of the reasons of short time of service.
Bending
From simple parts all the way to an intricately bent precision part: The hydraulic CNC press brakes from TRUMPF lend shape to everything. The press brakes of the TrumaBend V-Series are synonymous with flexible and productive bending.
Second kind of service - "from simple parts all the way to an intricately bent precision part" using hydraulic CNC press brekes - TrumaBend V 230. This is high effective press with highest present accuracy and precision. Press force 2300 kN with bending lenght 3060 mm and 5 back gauge.
Max. thickness of bedning sheets (3 meters long):
- in mild steel 10 mm,
- in stainless steel 8 mm;
The machine frame is exposed to hardly any thermal load, and guarantees best workpiece quality from the first to the last bending operation.
We are able also to made under special order (from stainless steel*):
- Angle bars, isosceles and unisosceles, from cold or hot rold sheets, thickness within 7,0 mm, width from 6,0 mm up to 800,0 mm.
- Channels (U-profiles), from cold or hot rolled sheets, thickness within 7,0 mm, width up to 800,0 mm
- and many others non standard channels or profiles
* also from mild steel and aluminium, never than less some factors of possible sizes can be differnet.
Grinding & polishing of round tubes / Grinding of square & rectangular tubes
Two wet-grinding machines using abrasive belts let us offer services acc products as below:
- round tubes; dim. from Ø 14,0 mm to Ø 63,5 mm;
- flat bars; max. width 140 mm
- carres & recatnqulars; from 10 x 10 mm to 140 x 140 mm;
We are able (using two machines) to grind material 6-meters long with abrasive belts (from K60 to K400).
